Last weekend Sarah and I moved ourselves and our belongings to Bristol. We are now renting a small flat in Cotham. We have easy access to shops and restaurants. I can quickly jump onto the M32 in the mornings and wizz myself along to work in Chippenham.

The move went well. We had lots of help from friends and we managed to get all the large heavy furniture done in one day. We did a self move rather than using a removal company.

Sunday involved moving lots of boxes and things that we hadn’t got around to packing.

We are now living in box city while we find homes for everything we own. We have already made two trips to Ikea to buy more storage space.

I began blogging long before writing a weblog became popular. As blogs became a medium for teenagers to express their angst with the world I left blogging behind. There were several reasons for this but the main one was when I redesigned my website and left out the journal section.

I have recently redesigned my website and have decided to bring back blogging. The main website will be generally static with the blog living in its own section. My aim is to create a theme for the blog that will make it take on the look and feel of the main site.

As of Feb 18th Sarah and Daniel will be living in the Cotham area of Bristol. We have decided to move so that Sarah can be closer to her work and that we can be closer to our friends. We have found a lovely two bedrom flat in a newly converted Georgan house, photos of which are in the gallery.
