Hope for Tomorrow Website Project

Introduction

Hope for Tomorrow are a registered charity whose aim is to assist people suffering from cancer by providing informational leaflets, hospital pagers and money that goes towards special projects.

Objective

Hope for Tomorrow wanted to use their website to raise awareness of the charity, establish brand identity, and promote the events and fundraising that they organise.

Requirements

A description of the charity, their aims and objectives, was a necessary feature of the homepage. Because the charity was very much in the conceptual stage it was necessary for visitors to the website to be able to find out exactly who Hope for Tomorrow were before continuing with the rest of the website.

A further major section of the website had to be a news and recent events area. Because the charity's main fundraising was to come through events and exhibitions it was necessary to promote these events to the public as effectively as possible.

Other pages included details of the patrons and a contacts page.
